If you are a JERSEY TAX PAYER, and you are making a donation of £50 or more, please fill out a Lump Sum Payment Form (below) which allows us to reclaim 25% of your gift from the tax office at no extra cost to you. If you would like to make regular donations, please fill out the Lump Sum Payment Form for regular donations (below).
